RETURNED GOODS. IMPORTANT. A 15% handling or restocking charge, after inspection and in the opinion of the Seller, can be made upon all goods returned for credit. Goods returned for credit must be returned within five (5) days after receipt and must be accompanied by our Invoice Number and date of purchase.
Non-returnable Items:
While we strive to have one of the best return policies in the industry, there are certain items that cannot be returned. These items include:
- Special orders
- Customer-requested modifications that result in a labor charge (for example, string modifications, any customer-specified modifications to guitars, amps or any other merchandise).
- Software
- Oversized or overweight items (PA speakers, amplifiers, drum kits, etc.)
- Discontinued products, closeouts, and used products
- Replacement Speakers and Speaker Parts
- Tubes
- Woodwind and brass instrument mouthpiece
- Personal items (earphones, harmonicas, recorders, etc.)
- Turntable cartridges/Styli
- Open-box/Used Gear
